So, this is my first real post, and I was going to start with our Walt Disney World trip, but there has already been so much happen since we left Florida on Saturday, June 9th, that I'm afraid I will forget all the thoughts that are going through my mind right now.

Walt Disney World was a blast and there will be more on that, if you are interested in reading about those adventures, but, later, for now...

Again, we left on Saturday, June 9th, from Orlando, Florida at 6:55pm and flew to NYC to catch our connecting flight. Everything went smooth, there were no layovers, no delays, no cancellations. As a matter of fact, all our flight plans ran so smooth it was amazing!

Arriving in NYC to fly to London was great, no long layover...only about 30 minutes or so. The flight was only about 6 1/2 hours long and for the most part we were able to sleep. We flew into Heathrow Airport about 10:30am, went through customs and had a London taxi driver meet us at arrivals.  He then took us around the streets of London. We saw Westminster Abbey, The London Eye, the Parliament Building with Big Ben. We only were able to see a glimpse of Buckingham Palace, they had it blocked off due to the recent Queen's Jubilee and were breaking things down. We also visited a few Harry Potter film sights and were on our way to Abbey Road before we got stuck in traffic and had to turn around and head back to the airport. The streets were beautiful, the sights were amazing and we are so glad we were able to take this quick tour.
